Danny's Grill Foods Corporation is now ready to share their success through their franchise offering with the following details:
The franchise term is for a period of 5 years, renewable for 3 terms of 5 years each. The area requirement is a minimum of at least 150 sqm. to a maximum of 300 sqm.
The franchise fee is P 500,000 (due upon signing of the franchise contract) for the right to the:
- use of trademark name and logos
- use of menu selection, system of operations
- site selection assistance and approval
- transfer of technology
- confidential operations manuals
- renovation supervision
- training (2-4 weeks of training, applicable to pioneer team)
- assistance in hiring and selection of personnel
The total franchise investment therefore may reach P 6-8 million depending on the size and location, due to cost renovation/building-up of the restaurant, equipments and other opening expenses. Payback period is 1-3 years.
